I liked this hip new hotel and stayed for 1 night here. The deluxe room was neat and brand-new, with a work desk, a dining area, and a sitting area. The vegetarian breakfast was delicious, had a lot of options.

When we checked in, triple room with comfy beds was ready. There were an electric kettle and glassware too...

The staff here are incredibly helpful and attentive whenever you need assistance.

Despite being away from Ella town center and railway station, the hotel staff assist guests in arranging their transport needs. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with access to a variety of facilities such as delicious Sri Lankan breakfast, served fresh by the hotel's experienced cook.

Some guests felt that the hotel's location, while being convenient to the landmarks, was not as close to Ella as they would have liked.

Located near a famous bridge, superb food the hotel is situated near a famous bridge and is perfect for people who love to walk through fields of tea and vegetables. the staff were welcoming and the food was superb. the Sri Lankan dinner serviced by the hotel was something I enjoyed the most about my stay. the hotel also offered transportation in all directions which was very convenient for exploring the area.

Lack of facilities and hot water issues the hotel had a lack of facilities to keep guests busy. There were no garden, solariums, or pools, and the area didn't offer other activities nearby.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They fulfilled my request for vegetarian breakfast. The hotel was located in a convenient distance from popular attractions.
